Class Description
This is a fun eight plus hour in depth course that will prepare students to safely and responsibly own and operate a firearm. Safe gun handling and storage, the fundamentals of shooting a handgun, situational awareness, mentality and conflict avoidance, the legalities of home defense and concealed carry and more will be covered. This class exceeds Montana instructional requirements for a concealed weapons permit. Classroom and range instruction included. Utah CWP can be added for $20
Curriculum Description
Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. The course is a complete guide to understanding conflict avoidance and situational awareness; home security and home defense; handgun, shotgun and AR-15 basics; shooting fundamentals; the physiology of violent encounters; the legal aspects of using deadly force (including knowing what to do in the aftermath); and a complete guide on gear, gadgets, and ongoing training.
These training courses are being held in Livingston, MT. Class size is limited to 12 students, total class time is 8 hours, with 2 hours of range time.
